Carlos Ortiz is a treasure. We were sure we would need to have our old rotting deck rebuilt from scratch but Carlos was able to restore it beautifully for a fraction of what rebuilding would cost. He installed a new sliding glass door, installed air conditioners, and did various repairs. He seems to know everything about anything to do with home maintenance.
